Hancock County Prosecutor says fatal road rage shooting is self-defense; no charges filed against the shooter

HANCOCK COUNTY, Ind. — Criminal charges will not be filed against a man who shot and killed another driver following a deadly road rage shooting in Hancock county.

The Hancock County Prosecutor’s Office is calling the road rage shooting self-defense and will not press charges against the shooter.
