CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A 49-year-old man is in the hospital after a single-vehicle crash on the Powhite Parkway ramp late Monday night.
At about 9 p.m. on Monday, July 27, Virginia State Police troopers were called to a single-vehicle crash on the ramp from Powhite Parkway southbound to Chippenham Parkway southbound in Chesterfield County.
