Idaho daycare’s license revoked after staff allegedly told to sit on, restrain children

The Idaho Department of Health and Welfare suspended and revoked a Meridian daycare’s license after allegations that providers sat on and restrained a toddler.

The incident was the latest in a series of reports documenting health and safety concerns about A Child’s Choice Montessori School’s Woodsage location.

In a letter sent to Wendy and David Lieberman on July 17, the department detailed the daycare’s history of noncompliance and said it was suspending and revoking the daycare’s license immediately for a period of five years. KTVB first reported the letter…
