NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – Authorities are asking drivers to use caution on Rivers Ave. near Dunlap St. as officers with the North Charleston Police Department are on scene of a traffic collision.
NCPD says all eastbound lanes on Rivers Avenue are closed as of 9:13 p.m.
