LANSING, Mich. (News 10) – The ongoing Cyclospora outbreak in Michigan is impacting the Greater Lansing Food Bank (GLFB), which says it is diverting between 800 and 1,200 pounds of food each week because of concerns over potentially high-risk produce.
The food bank says the products of greatest concern are bagged, shredded lettuce and prepackaged salad mixes.
