NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCIV) — A North Charleston couple has been arrested and charged in connection with severe injuries suffered by their 3-month-old child, according to police.
Detectives with the North Charleston Police Department arrested 27-year-old Jessika McQueen and 25-year-old David Vargus on Tuesday. Both were charged with inflicting or allowing great bodily injury upon a child and were taken to the Al Cannon Detention Center.
