Toll Brothers sued by owner of land surrounded by 107-luxury home project

LODI TWP., MI — A Lodi Township landowner has filed a lawsuit against luxury housing developers Toll Brothers, as her property will be sandwiched by their development that has faced pushback from some residents and environmental advocates.

Susan Miller owns more than 19 acres of wooded, undeveloped land between Arbor Preserve-South and Arbor Preserve-North, where Toll Brothers has developed a plan for a total of 107 luxury homes. The developer is also planning to install two private wastewater treatment plants to serve future homes.
