Speed Bay Warehouse Solutions is making its first big move into the Philadelphia region, and Delaware County is at the center of it.
The Denver-based industrial real estate firm has closed on an $84 million-plus acquisition of eight buildings totaling 488,936 square feet across Delaware and Montgomery counties in Pennsylvania and Burlington County in New Jersey, according to Nishanth Bhargava of the Philadelphia Business Journal.
