SALT LAKE CITY, Utah (Good Things Utah) – After a 7 year hiatus the Super Adoption event with Best Friends Animal Society is back! 500 dogs and cats will be ready to find new homes this coming weekend at the Mountain America Expo Center in Sandy. Beth Chynoweth from Best Friends joined us this morning to share more about the big event and introduce us to one of the dogs that will be there, little Rozzlin!
Rozzlin is one and half years old and one of the sweetest pups you will ever meet. She has an injury on her left front foot but has learned to hop on it which makes her little spotted ears bounce. She is hard of hearing but loves treats, walks and snuggles.
Best Friends Super Adoption brings together pets like Rozzlin from various animal shelters and rescue groups to help even more dogs, cats, and people connect with their new best friend. Even if you’re not currently looking to bring home a new pet, Beth encourages all Utahns to come see what the buzz is all about and learn how they can play a role in helping Utah achieve no-kill at it’s shelters.
