ALBANY — Residents of a 132-unit apartment complex in downtown Albany have created a tenants union to demand better living conditions and management improvements.
The Stratus Tenant Union says it represents more than 80 units at the fully occupied building at 16 Sheridan Ave., making The Knick the first Stratus Property Management building in the Capital Region to organize around living conditions.
