LUBBOCK, Texas — Forster Construction Company crews started bright and early to install Fabian Martinez’s brand-new free roof after he won their veteran giveaway for the special gift.
The winner was announced on the 4th of July in honor of America’s 250th anniversary.
“I thought it was a joke, I thought it was because I don’t win anything, and I won a free roof, and I’m just so excited and appreciative,” said Martinez.
