BEAUREGARD PARISH, La. (KLFY) — A man is charged with murder after the death of his foster child in Beauregard Parish, authorities said.
Alberto Marin, 31, of Salt Lake City, Utah, is charged with second-degree murder and obstruction of justice in connection with the death on Sunday of 18-month-old Melanie Trahan.
