PENN STATE is set for a massive $700MILLION upgrade to become the biggest stadium in America.
The Nittany Lions‘ Beaver Stadium currently holds just over 106,000 at capacity and is the second largest in the country.
That is marginally behind Michigan‘s Ann Arbor ground, which sits at 107,601.
