POLK COUNTY, Iowa (KCRG) – Libertarian candidate Rick Stewart will remain on the ballot in the northeast Iowa Congressional race following a Friday ruling from a Polk County judge.
A Polk County District Court Judge ruled Stewart can remain on the ballot in the Second Congressional District race. His candidacy was challenged because his nomination papers used the name “Richard” and his affidavit of candidacy used “Rick.”
