OREGON, Ohio (WTVG/Gray News) – An Ohio couple are facing felony charges for their alleged roles in the death of a 6-day-old infant.
Court records show 29-year-old Shannon Wester and 32-year-old Justin Soll were indicted Wednesday on two counts of involuntary manslaughter, one count of endangering children and one count of possession of cocaine.
