SANDY, Utah (ABC4) — Over 270 dogs and cats found loving homes on Saturday as part of Best Friends Animal Society’s Super Adoption Weekend.
Thousands of attendees showed up to Mountain American Expo Center in Sandy on Saturday to rescue the animals.
Holly Sizemore, Chief Mission Officer for Best Friends Animal Society, told ABC4.com that over 18 other shelters and rescuers are offering the pets with the help of dozens of volunteers.
