NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCSC) — A group of minors fled the area after a firework they were shooting ignited a small backyard fire in North Charleston Friday.
Officers and the fire department were dispatched to the scene at the 1200 block of Buist Avenue in reference to a robbery.
The complainant told officers her children observed a group of juveniles behind the residence shooting fireworks at one another. During the incident, one of the fireworks entered the complainant’s backyard and ignited a small fire. The complainant said the minors immediately fled the area after the firework landed…
