CHARLESTON, S.C. (WCBD) – A serious horse carriage incident occurred on Monday morning near the intersection of Cumberland and Church streets in Charleston, leaving two injured.
A Palmetto Carriage Works horse was startled by an approaching truck while pulling a carriage, an official from Palmetto Carriage Works (PCW) said.
