POLK COUNTY, Fla. – A 49-year-old Winter Haven man is facing a felony charge after police say he used his pickup truck to chase a teenager riding an electric bicycle through a local neighborhood Sunday evening.
Conceicao Olisnei Nascimento was arrested and booked into the Polk County Jail on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, a third-degree felony. Authorities reported no injuries in the incident.
