MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The last historic mansion along Union Avenue in Midtown is hitting the market again.
The former Nineteenth Century Club, which has been home to Tekila Mexican Steakhouse for the past few years, will be listed sometime Monday, said Laura Trezevant with Trezevant Commercial Brokerage who is representing the sellers along with Carson Kane with Jones Aur.
Asking price for the three-story 1909 landmark is $3.8 million. The property features a commercial kitchen, two bars, and an extensive unfinished basement and upstairs space.
