LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Police said they are looking for a wanted Lancaster County man who is considered to be armed and dangerous.
Elias Brown, 29, is wanted on a dozen charges that include kidnapping and aggravated assault from a July 27 incident in Lancaster Township, according to township police.
Police released Brown’s photo on Tuesday but did not mention any other details regarding the incident.
