SYRACUSE, N.Y. — It’s been 19 days since a Syracuse teenager was stabbed to death in a city park.
On Tuesday, his mother, Latasha Blowers, was joined by family and other supporters outside the criminal courthouse in downtown Syracuse. Blowers said she was informed that the case would not be prosecuted and that the investigation determined the stabbing was in self-defense.
