Avoid estate planning mistakes before family stress grows

Honolulu (KHON2) – Estate planning involves more than creating a will, according to Michelle Ogata, principal attorney at Estate Planning Partners Hawaii.

Ogata says a will is only one part of a complete estate plan and generally must go through probate.
