Inside The Hormone Retreat of Youngsville, Personalized Hormone & Nutrient Therapy

The Hormone Retreat, located at 2761 E. Milton Avenue, Suite B-5 in Youngsville, is a newly open & locally owned practice focused on personalized hormone and nutrient therapy for women, men, postpartum mothers, adolescents, and individuals undergoing or recovering from cancer treatment.

Founded by Tori Perrodin, FNP-C, The Hormone Retreat uses detailed health assessments, advanced laboratory testing, and each patient’s individual symptoms and history to develop personalized care plans. Treatment may include precision hormone therapy, custom supplementation, bioidentical hormones when appropriate, nutritional guidance, stress-management tools, and lifestyle support. The practice also offers nutrition and weight-management consultations, laboratory draws, and infrared sauna sessions.

She returned to UL Lafayette to complete her Master of Science in Nursing in 2013, becoming a Family Nurse Practitioner, and also served as an educator for undergraduate nursing students, an experience that continues to shape the educational approach she brings to patient care today.

Perrodin began her Nurse Practitioner career in endocrinology, the study of hormones, before transitioning to a breast surgery clinic. There, she managed post-operative care, conducted genetic testing, and led cancer-survivorship and high-risk breast cancer programs.
