A new national fitness chain is preparing to enter Forsyth County with a large 24-hour gym near McFarland Parkway and Union Hill Road.
EōS Fitness plans to open at 700 McFarland Parkway, on the southwestern corner of the intersection near Milton. The company is targeting a 2027 opening, bringing one of its first Georgia gyms to the fast-growing commercial corridor between South Forsyth and Alpharetta.
The gym will anchor a new retail development and introduce a fitness model built around expansive strength-training areas, cardio equipment, group classes and recovery amenities at comparatively low membership prices.
