NORTH TOWANDA TWP., BRADFORD CO. (WOLF) — A California man is facing felony charges after investigators say he attempted to steal more than $5 million worth of tungsten oxide powder from a Bradford County manufacturing facility, marking the second alleged theft involving the company in just over a month.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Rohit Ruhal, 29, of Rancho Cucamonga, California, was arrested Wednesday following an undercover investigation known as “Operation Heavy Metal.”
