CHRISTIAN CO., Ky. (WBKO) – One person is seriously hurt after a tractor trailer crash on I-24 Wednesday afternoon. They were air-lifted to a Nashville hospital by Air Evac Lifeteam.
Around 1:10 p.m., deputies with the Christian County Sheriff’s Office were called to I-24 for a report of two tractor-trailers at the 77 mile marker eastbound, officials said.
A tractor-trailer collided with the back of another tractor-trailer that was in stopped traffic, trapping one of the drivers inside his truck, officials said. The driver was cut from his vehicle before being flown to a Nashville hospital due to severe injuries…
