Three men aged 18-21 were arrested in connection to a double shooting in Northeast Wilmington in April.
Wilmington Police said 21-year-old Hamire Howard, 20-year-old Malike Boyer, and 18-year-old Davonte Talbert were involved in the shootings, and have been steadily brought into custody.
Howard was arrested on April 29 in Maryland, Talbert was arrested on May 9 in Edgemoor, while Boyer was arrested in Newark on Tuesday…
