The Blue Springs Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 18-year-old woman.
Sylvar Quinn, 18, was last seen leaving her residence in northeast Blue Springs on July 29, according to a Facebook post from the Blue Springs Police Department.
Quinn has failed to report for work since then, the post said. The woman does not have her phone.
