On Sunday, Aug. 16 from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m., any and all wheels, including tractors and motorcycles, are welcome at the Delton Founders Festival Car & Truck Show. The fun and relaxing event will once again be free to exhibitors and spectators alike, with opportunity for freewill donations to be given and used toward event expenses.
Show cars will be parked on a closed portion of E. Orchard Street between M-43 and Scribner Street, as well as specified lots made available by local businesses. Overflow exhibit space will spill over as needed into Barry Township Park, where spectator parking will also be located. Separate entrances for both exhibitors and spectators will be clearly marked along M-43.
Dash Plaques will be given to the first 60 vehicles to register onsite that morning beginning at 9 a.m. Surprise giveaways for exhibitors will add to the excitement throughout the day, thanks to donations from many generous area sponsors…
