A West Chester apartment community just sold for $66.3 million, and the price tag is indictive of where Chester County’s rental market stands right now.
Spring House at Brandywine, a 212-unit complex on Reisling Lane off Route 202, changed hands this week when Atlanta-based investment firm Invesco purchased the property from Columbus, Ohio-based Coastal Ridge Real Estate.
