MYRTLE BEACH S.C. (WPDE) — A Myrtle Beach man says he found out he was a lottery jackpot winner after reading a news story on his phone.
The man told South Carolina Education Lottery officials he was scrolling through the news when he saw an article about a winning Palmetto Cash 5 ticket sold at a store where he regularly buys lottery tickets.
