(FOX40.COM) — A man was arrested early Thursday morning after threatening a person with a weapon and barricading himself in a hotel room, according to the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office.
SCSO said deputies responded to reports of an assault with a deadly weapon around midnight at the Sacramento Inn and Suites on 4325 Watt Avenue.
Deputies learned that 33-year-old Marvel Tyes had attempted to cut the reporting victim with a box cutter after an argument. The victim was not hurt, the sheriff’s office said…
