BATON ROUGE, La. (KLFY) — A Houston man is facing felony charges after allegedly receiving more than $43,000 in fraudulent benefits from the Louisiana State Employees’ Retirement System.
The man, identified as Dyer, is accused of failing to notify the state of his mother’s death to continue collecting her retirement payments.
