Just a day after asking Lafayette for a little more patience, Roul’s Deli delivered the kind of update fans have been waiting to hear.
The permanent Lafayette restaurant is still under construction with no official opening date in sight, but the popular Louisiana favorite has announced it is bringing its food truck to Acadiana this weekend, giving hungry locals their first chance to experience the menu without leaving town.

In a social media announcement that immediately got fans talking, Roul’s Deli revealed its food truck will be in Lafayette on Sunday, August 9, from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m.
