The Posey County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Wadesville man following an investigation into alleged child sex abuse material. Authorities say the investigation began after the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children submitted a cyber tip involving a Snapchat account. Detectives identified 19-year-old Darious Antonio Wayne Vincent as the alleged user of the account. Investigators served search warrants and seized electronic devices, which were later examined. According to the Sheriff’s Office, detectives found additional suspected child sex abuse material, along with online communications requesting images of minors. As a result of the investigation, prosecutors have charged Vincent with three counts of Level 4 felony possession of child sex abuse material, three counts of Level 6 felony possession of child sex abuse material, and one count of Level 6 felony obstruction of justice.
