LUBBOCK, Texas — For years, Lubbock Meals on Wheels has been a reliable source of hot meals for many people in the community, so to keep doing that for every person, regardless of if they live in the city, they need more volunteers.
Donna Pharies is just one of the drivers who deliver in Wolfforth.
It’s something she said she took on after her daughter had gotten to busy, and after delivering for 6 years on her own now, she sees the need for more people.
