Flock Safety cameras are not new to the Grand Strand, but concern about the law enforcement tool has popped up across the Grand Strand and country in the last week.
Several Grand Strand law enforcement agencies — including the Horry County Police Department, the Conway Police Department, the Surfside Beach Police Department and North Myrtle Beach Police Department — collaborated on a video posted to social media Friday that explains how the departments are using Flock Safety cameras.
