MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. (WBTW) — One person was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle crash involving an overturned vehicle on the Highway 17 bypass Saturday morning.
Horry County Fire Rescue said crews were dispatched at 10:18 a.m. to the crash near Harbour Towne Drive.
