Montage Healdsburg Appoints Sergio Howland as Executive Chef
Montage Healdsburg has appointed Sergio Howland as Executive Chef, where he will lead the culinary program across the resort. The 258-acre property is located in Sonoma wine country, and the role includes oversight of dining concepts and menu development.
Chef Sergio brings more than 20 years of culinary experience, with a background that includes international hotel and restaurant operations. He most recently served as Executive Chef at Vintners Resort, where he worked on a culinary program influenced by seasonal ingredients and regional agriculture.
He began his culinary career with an apprenticeship at Four Seasons Hotel Mexico City and has since held roles with organizations including The Ritz-Carlton, Auberge Resorts Collection, Timbers Resorts, and AMiCi Restaurant Group. His experience spans locations such as Colorado, Los Cabos, New York, Palm Beach, San Diego, and Barcelona.
