The City of Wilmington is spreading the word about its $8.4-million Affordable Housing Development Subsidy Program.
Mayor John Carney said funds will support development and preservation of affordable housing, intended to help residents remain in their neighborhoods and to encourage “thoughtful, community focused investment.”
