The Lubbock Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating 78-year-old Louis Jones Hines, who is considered an endangered missing person.
Officers with the Lubbock Police Department Patrol Division and Major Crimes investigators are currently working to locate Hines and a Silver Alert is being issued.
Hines was last seen in person at approximately 10:45 a.m. on August 8th. His phone was last detected in the area of the 3700 block of Erskine Street at approximately 6:05 p.m…
