On June 18, the uncle of a missing 14-year-old Sioux Falls girl was indicted for drug charges in relation to her death after her body was found in March.
Now, the ongoing investigation into what happened the night she died has led to two Sioux Falls drug arrests, and newly revealed details of the child’s alleged last hours with the two men facing federal charges in her death, according to county court documents.
Kevin Chapman and Aaron Andrews, both of Sioux Falls, were charged July 7 in Minnehaha County for multiple drug charges, including possession of a controlled substance; possession of drug paraphernalia; and maintaining a place where drugs are kept, sold or used.
