Asheville Art Museum will hold a three-hour Adult Studio workshop combining embroidery, ink and block printing on Saturday, Aug. 22. The class runs from 1 to 4 p.m. at the museum, located at 2 South Pack Square in downtown Asheville.
Instructor Julia Briggs will demonstrate how participants can combine printed marks with embroidery stitches and fabric. Each participant will use those methods to create an individual mixed-media artwork during the session.
