As students prepare to return to campus, the newly renovated Panda Express in the Kirkhof Center is set to reopen Monday, Aug. 31.
Updates include new kitchen equipment, a redesigned service area and a new kiosk-based ordering system aimed at improving efficiency, employee safety and the dining experience.
