Dodgers Legend Peter O’Malley Finally Sells Paradise Cove Mansion After Two Years on Market
Peter O’Malley bought a Malibu blufftop estate in 2001 for $11 million. Twenty-five years later, he just sold it for $55 million and the buyers are planning to tear the whole thing down.
The property sat on the market for over two years. It was listed, pulled during the 2025 LA wildfires, relisted at a cut price, and finally sold. The wait was long but the math still worked out very well for O’Malley.
