APPLETON, Wis. (WBAY) – Appleton police arrested a suspected drunken, hit-and-run driver after a close encounter Saturday night.
According to a Facebook post by the police department, officers were called for a hit-and-run in a downtown parking lot. The reporting party said the driver seemed to be intoxicated.
