A dessert shop with a wide selection of mango-flavored Hong Kong-style desserts has opened in Elk Grove.
Known as Hui Lau Shan, the business sells handcrafted drinks, jellies and mochi. Hui Lau Shan, owned by David Chan and his family, is at 8355 Elk Grove Blvd.
