The 60-year-old man who died July 31 after being struck by two vehicles on Kostoryz Road has been identified as Ruben Bueno, according to the Nueces County Medical Examiner’s Office.
Police say Bueno was in the roadway and failed to use a crosswalk at the time of the crash, according to public information officer Madeline Commons.
