CapMetro workers reach agreement with subcontractor, avoid strike, union says

AUSTIN (KXAN) – CapMetro transit workers have reached a tentative agreement with French-owned subcontractor Keolis, averting a strike after months of contract talks, according to the ATU Local 1091-Austin union.
